Another Song-City checked off.
Flew into Little Rock on Monday night for what looks like a sixty day visit. Staying downtown on the river. Population of about 200k so some options for food and drink. Picked Copper Grill to start. Got some great recommendations to pursue while here.
I was told by the local sitting next to me that Arkansas is famous for its tomatoes. And they are in season. The bartender pitched in with a recommendation for an off-menu Caprese salad. They weren’t wrong, delicious! It seemed appropriate to round things out with a carrot cake and a scotch.
